Regarding Unintended Email Transmission from Our Email Account

We have discovered on Saturday, October 31, 2026, that the email account “[email protected]” owned by our company was unauthorizedly used by a third party, resulting in the unintended transmission of over 1,500 emails to external parties.

Upon discovery, we immediately suspended the use of the relevant email account, and no further unauthorized transmissions have been confirmed since. Additionally, no impact on other email accounts has been confirmed at this time.

If you have received a suspicious email from the relevant email address, please delete it without accessing any URLs or opening any attachments contained in the email body.

Taking this situation very seriously, we will continue our efforts to strengthen information security measures.
